How to Set the Course for Your Own Professional Path

Today’s careers are no longer defined by a ‘higher, faster, further’ mentality, but by a path that aligns with individual personality. Top headhunter Stephanie Schorp has placed countless top managers. Based on her experience, she can say: There are certain factors that enable everyone to find the perfect job for themselves. Because a career and a fulfilling professional life don’t just happen; we are all capable of setting the course for them ourselves.

She reveals what these factors are and how each individual can set the course for a fulfilling career, sharing many stories from her extensive experience.

”Careers are as individual as the people who pursue them. No one can excel everywhere, and no one would fail everywhere.

As a headhunter, my job is to find the most suitable gem for a specific position – or a rough diamond that can become a gem in that exact role. With this book, I have set myself the task of helping you find the career in which you can best shine. You must discover what that is for yourself. Just as every rough diamond is unique and requires a very specific cut to sparkle optimally, every personality is also unique. It is your personality that drives your career.
