Stephanie Schorp began her professional career – after studying psychology and economics at the Technical University of Berlin – at Daimler in Human Resources. She then worked for several years at Kienbaum Management Consultants before serving as HR Manager for five years at a medium-sized insurance company.

In 2010, she became self-employed and joined Comites perfect placements as a partner, continuously building and expanding the firm’s existing headhunting services with personality diagnostics, executive coaching, leadership formats, and senior advisory.

In 2022, her first book “Persönlichkeit macht Karriere” (Personality Makes a Career) was published; her second book “Ready for Success” was released in September 2024.

Dirk Rühaak has consistently aligned his professional career at the intersection of technology, organization, and people – with early leadership positions in marketing and e-commerce, including at Langenscheidt, and deep expertise in digital transformation.

Since April 2021, as Head of Digital Innovation at Comites GmbH in Munich, he has been responsible for the digitalization, optimization, and automation of processes – with a special focus on the use of AI components along the customer and candidate journey. Furthermore, he drives the consolidation of the software landscape and the development of new digital business models.

As part of the Career Consulting Team, he supports candidates with CV and LinkedIn optimization, as well as the professionalization of their career profiles. Within the framework of Senior Advisory, he also facilitates workshops for Comites clients. On a freelance basis, he works as an Agile Coach and Trainer, leading workshops and seminars for teams on topics such as agility, self-organized teams, project management, and AI.

He has been a volunteer board member of FoodHub München e. V. since January 2022.

• Lecturer for Business Ethics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich and member of the Board of Trustees of the Bavarian Elite Academy.

After completing his training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant, Maximilian Redlich gained initial professional experience in sales before completing his studies as a state-certified business economist with a focus on finance at the private GBS Academy in Munich.

He has been part of Comites since 2019 and has been independently responsible for controlling, finance, and key business figures since 2021. In addition, he takes on central operational tasks in human resources, office management, and administration, gaining valuable leadership experience in the process.

Through his versatile commercial experience, structured working style, and strong business acumen, he significantly supports the operational and strategic development of the company.
